Down to Earth Kinda Man wins Britains Best Album 2009

Travis was presented with Britains Best Album at the same Award Ceremony at Fort San Antone, Travis said he was ecstatic that his album of original songs and music had received such an honour from country music critics and fans. The album was released in May 2009.

New Track on Hot Disc - One of the new tracks, Kitchen Table, is to be released on hot disc in June, you can follow the progress of the song at http://www.hotdisc.net.

Finally, Travis' New Down to Earth Kinda Man is complete! - Recorded on Music Row, Nashville, Travis is extremely proud of the work that Lonnie Ratcliffe produced and the musicians who played on the album. Travis hopes that it will appeal to everyone who loves country music. The album has been released to radio stations in May and the feedback has been fantastic. Travis goes to Nashville - on 14 Feb, Travis' latest album is being produced on Music Row in Nashville, Tennessee. He has chosen some of the world's finest country musician's including Brooks and Dunn's bass player and Loretta Lynn's pedal steel player to produce an album of the highest quality! The album is a complete works of new original material all penned by Travis.

Top Award - It's been recently announced that Travis has been awarded the Most Popular Show Award at one of Britain's most prestigious concert venues, The Lord Hill Hotel. The venue run by Tony Best Leisure Limited.

Artist of the Year Award - At Britain's longest running Country Music venue, The End of The Trail at Droitwitch, Travis was presented with their Artist of the Year Award for 2007. In addition, Travis has been the only act in 30 years to be booked twice in the same year at The End of The Trail!
